Old and tearing towels really need replacement!!! Also, the room request process could use improvement to avoid unnecessary hassle and confusion!!! It's frustrating to hear rooms were available when I was told none were.

Wicked good stay! The room was clean and cozy. The staff was super nice. The restaurant had a wicked delish buffet that was a steal. Just a bummer about the pool being a bit cloudy, but overall, everything else was spot on!

During my stay at Hotel Lois Veracruz, the staff were exceptionally attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wonderful variety of fresh options. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to many restaurants.
